Your shoes are made of various materials and bonding agents that shouldn't be submerged in water, as this can damage them. We advise against washing your shoes in the washing machine, as it may distort their shape. Avoid using a dryer too, as it can weaken the bonding agents, causing parts like the upper and outsole to separate.

For cleaning suede or nubuck, gently brush with a soft bristle brush. You can use a soft soap product on a clean cloth to remove spots. Let them dry away from direct heat and avoid soaking them in water. Suede looks best when brushed. While special suede brushes are available, a clean toothbrush works just as well.

Please note that shoes damaged during cleaning are not covered under warranty.
