How do I ship the package back?Updated 2 months ago
Once you get an email saying that your retunr was accepted and in the email you will either have a prepaid label or address (depending on you location)
If you received a prepaid FedEx label:
- Pack the items in the original box or a suitable alternative
- Print and attach the return label
- Drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
- Keep your receipt and tracking information
If you're shipping it yourself (UK, Netherlands, Switzerland):
- Use the return address and RMA number we provide
- Send it with a reliable courier (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD)
- Email us the tracking number and receipt if we’re reimbursing your shipping
Important Notes:
- Tracking is essential. If you don’t send us the return tracking number, we won’t be able to monitor your parcel - and this may delay or prevent your refund.
- Always include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Without it, identifying your return may be difficult and may cause delays in processing your refund.
