Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your order details
- A tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
Please note:
Tracking information may take 2-3 days to become active. If there are no updates right away, please check back later.
You can track your order in two ways:
- If you have an account: Log in and go to My Account to track your order.
- If you don’t have an account: Use our Tracking Order Tool. This will take you to the FedEx or DPD website, depending on your shipping method.
I don't find my order number or tracking number?
Your order and tracking numbers are included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
If you can’t find this email, please try the following:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder,
- Use our Tracking Order Tool,
- Or contact our Customer Service.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email of my purchase?
The most common reasons are:
- A typo in your email address when placing the order
- The confirmation was caught in your spam or junk folder.
Please double-check the email address used during checkout and look in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to resend it.
