Important: We can only process warranty claims for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your item from a physical shop or third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

1. Fill in this form: Warranty claim
2. Fill out the form and include: in return reason choose “warranty claim”
3. Fill out the form with:

• A short description of the issue
• 4 clear photos:
  • 1 of the full product
  • 3 close-ups of the defect

Once the form is filled we will either accept it or not and you will get a message from us.
